About HySky Technologies, Inc.
HySky’s first generation technology platform was originally developed by Harris Corporation for use by the military as a reliable alternative to satellite and land based communications. The US Government invested over $100 million refining the technology. Subsequently, a joint venture between three global technology companies funded the commercialization of the declassified covert HF government communications technologies.
After enhancing, refining and updating the original platform, HySky now operates an integrated ubiquitous national two-way, low-speed, data services network. HySky has created a network that is unrivaled in the areas of coverage, efficiency, security, and cost by utilizing HF frequencies and FM radio as the inbound and outbound communications, respectively.
HySky’s physical and intellectual assets include: FCC Licenses, patents and existing infrastructure which are focused on providing high-quality, low-cost applications for select industries. These industries include, but are not limited to: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), machine-to-machine (M2M), fixed and mobile asset tracking and emergency warning and security.
